This dress gonna make you feel so pretty! It features retro design polka dot top with open bust and black collar with buttons at front, and contrast black flare skirt with a waist belt with a side zip for easy wear. The model is wearing a petticoat underneath of the skirt for full flare effect. The petticoat is not included and sold separately at my store.The dress is unlined. Measurements: Plus SIZE US 18 = Chest 46" Waist 38" Hip 48"; Plus SIZE US 20 = C48" W40" H50"; Plus SIZE US 22 = C50" W42" H52"; Plus SIZE US 24 = C52" W44" H54 (all sizes are true to size).
